MAK RTI: Forwarder crashes when tcpPort and udpPort are the same

Problem

The rtiForwarder may crash when using multiple rtiForwarders and when using routers, VPNs, or both, if the rid.mtl file specifies the same value for the RTI_udpPort and RTI_tcpPort parameters.
